Foulk Historic Apartments is a 25-room Victorian mansion built in 1884 by former Kalamazoo mayor William E. Hill. Once a ballroom, the top floor of the house now contains six individually-locked bedrooms with three shared bathrooms and one kitchen shared by all the tenants. Located in the prestigious Stuart neighborhood, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, Foulk Historic Apartments is a short bike ride to the WMU and K College campuses, and is on the city bus line.

Reserved off-street parking for each tenant, free high-speed internet, free cable TV, free laundry facilities, free centrai air, free heat, and all other utilities (except phone) are included in the monthly rent payment. Each tenant signs an individual lease. Rates range from $360 - $435, depending on length of the lease (9-month or 12-month) and the size of the room.

Each apartment includes one locked bedroom and is unfurnished. Only one car per tenant is allowed to park in the reserved lot. Smoking on the premises, pets, waterbeds, excessive noise, or subletting is prohibited. The house is located at 916 W. Kalamazoo Ave.
